Kaleb Andrew Rose is a Richmond-based real estate agent with a rare mix of technical skill, competitive drive, and people-first energy. A 2024 Powell County High graduate and former game developer, Kaleb is industry certified in multiple programming languages and placed 13th nationally in a game development competition. That background sharpened his problem-solving, strategic thinking, and calm-under-pressure approach. Kaleb chose real estate because he thrives around people and sees challenges as fuel, not fear. He’s especially passionate about guiding clients through contracts and negotiations, breaking down the complicated so buyers and sellers can move forward with confidence. Many locals already recognize him from the Richmond Kroger Marketplace, and outside of work you’ll find him at Planet Fitness, in the car community, or building computers. He proudly lives at the intersection of “car guy” and “tech nerd” and he’s just getting started!
