Born and raised in Berea and a Madison Southern graduate, John Lovern knows the area like a local because he is one. His deep roots in the community give clients an edge when it comes to understanding neighborhoods, values, and opportunities. Many recognize John as a local musician, where he learned how to connect with people, read a room, and perform under pressure. Those same skills translate seamlessly into real estate. John is part of the Lovern League Home Team, working alongside his wife, Tiffany, to deliver a smart, collaborative approach to buying and selling. Teamwork is their secret weapon, and clients feel the difference. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Engineering Management from EKU with a minor in Criminal Justice, bringing a sharp, analytical mindset to every deal. When he’s not negotiating contracts, you’ll find John fishing, playing softball.
