With 27 years in real estate, Erin has seen the market shift, grow, and evolve—and she’s helped her clients navigate all of it with confidence. As a Madison County native, she brings not just experience, but true local insight you can’t Google. An Eastern Kentucky University graduate (Public Relations, Class of 1997), Erin has continued to sharpen her expertise with GRI, SRES, and GREEN designations. She stays actively involved in the community through the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Madison County, and the Bluegrass REALTORS® Community Education and Outreach Committee. After getting married in 2025, Erin made another exciting move in 2026 by joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Foster, Realtors—aligning herself with a brokerage that matches her professionalism and commitment to clients. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her husband, her two girls, and her two spoiled furbabies.
